I just wanted to draw your attention to Mark's contribution on site. 

Mark is and has always been very dependable even taking out of hours calls whenever alarm faults have occurred.

We had a dramatic power surge which fried our systems, Mark attended site and worked through the night in an attempt to save what he could. 

he had the foresight to protect our CCTV system which could have ended up being a costly expense to my business.

Mark deserves recognition for going above and beyond all expectations.
